Después de viajar por mucho tiempo a través del Universo, el dueto Afrodita aterriza un viernes 7 de Marzo del año 2004 en el Distrito Federal. Siendo Guerreros de la Luz,“Los Mensajeros de la Diosa”, Karin e Ima en sus nombres terrícolas, vienen del planeta Atlantis III con una sola Misión: Expandir el Amor Universal.
Como ya todo el mundo sabe, este planeta esta pasando por una época muy difícil en su historia, así la diosa Afrodita manda a sus mensajeros a la Tierra con la intención de llenar de alegría y amor a toda la gente posible y que estas mismas personas le llevaran el Mensaje a otras.
Afrodita es una deidad mítica y sagrada con varias piernas, una que pisa el pasado otra que sostiene el presente y una tercera que pisa hacia el futuro. Así, tiene por igual tres cabezas, una física, otra espiritual y la ultima mental. Tres ojos, uno que ve el exterior, el segundo el interior y un tercero que mira la totalidad del universo.
El Dúo, a través de múltiples experiencias ha debido adaptarse poco a poco a la cultura terrestre para poder hacer llegar el Mensaje, utilizando diferentes estilos musicales, tales como el Reggaetón, el Hip Hop, la Balada Romántica, la Electrónica, el Dub, etc… pero su ritmo favorito por ser un ritmo que bate al mismo tiempo que el corazón es la Cumbia Mitológica. De igual forma utilizan diferentes idiomas con el fin de facilitar la expansión de este Mensaje.
Los Mensajeros celebran ceremonias musicales donde la Diosa se manifiesta con la ayuda del público y sus objetos de poder como lo son sus trajes Azteca Futuristas y sus Espadas Láser. Se visten y arreglan para la ocasión, ya que para ellos siempre es un honor poder compartir esta experiencia con los demás.

After travelling around the universe for a long time, the duet Afrodita landed in Mexico City on Friday, March 7th, 2004. Being Light Warriors, “The Messengers of the Goddess”, Karin and Ima (as they are known here on Earth) come from planet Atlantis III with a mission: expanding Universal Love.
As we all know, this planet is going through difficult times. Thus, godess Afrodita sends her messengers to Earth to fill every person possible with love and joy, intending that these people will further spread the Message to others.   Afrodita is a mythical and holy deity with several legs, one that touches upon the past, another that holds the present and another which steps towards the future. She also has three heads, one physical, another spiritual and the third one mental. Three eyes, one that looks towards the outside, another towards the inside and the third one which stares upon the wholeness of the universe.
The Duo, through countless experiences, has slowly adapted to Earth culture in order to be able to spread the Message using different musical genres, like Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Romantic Ballads, Electronica, Dub, and so on… but their favorite rhythm, because it is one that beats just like the heart does, is the mythological Cumbia. In the same spirit, they use different languages to better spread the Message.
The Messengers celebrate musical ceremonies where the Goddess manifests herself with the help of the audience and her power objects, like the Futurist Aztec suits and Laser Swords. The Duo dresses for the occasion, because for them it is always an honor to be able to share this experience with others.
